Never Ever shop at the brick if you are someone looking for quality and good customer service you will not get any of this! We are on our 5th dresser through them , all the previous ones have been damaged as soon as received! We have made calls to the brick's president office and not once received a call back nor have we from the branch in ft mcmurray which we've been dealing with. We went in to the store to exchange r bed that was ordered wrong by one of their sales persons and we were told too bad you cant do it??? WTF?? we didnt ask for this bed?? "Ok well make an exception but we need to void your warranty and charge you delivery on it".and were charged a 10% restocking fee are you kidding me??? this much trouble to get the bed we asked for in the first place, and isn't it advertised everywhere "free delivery on matresses", free gift w purchase....I guess its all a con to get you to but their stuff.. oh ps: they only have a 3 day exchange policy if your furniture is broken after these 3 days it's considered" normal wear and tear", so they say. We have had nothing but problems with the brick, they will sell you anything to get the comission and once its broken or damaged they could care less it's your problem not theirs they got their paycheques, and isn't it funny that a companies head office doesn't even have the decency to return numerous calls and emails... i think so!! absolute bullshit and I'll never even look at another flyer from the brick, its garbage!!!!

first off brick policy won't let customer service reps exchange things more than twice. the 10% restocking fee doesnt even apply to what you're saying, and of course there is a 3 day policy...its to protect the business itself. why would you not open a box in the first 3 days that you purchased it anyways? if it was longer and you didnt purchase warranty, everybody that accidentally broke their stuff would try to get it exchanged. common sense.
ps. you receive a copy of your invoice which YOU signed for at the time of purchase. how about reading what you sign before you complain you get the wrong items. just an idea.
